Return and Exchange Policy

Carmel Ceramica is committed to providing you with quality products. If within 10 days of receipt of your order you are not completely satisfied we will accept your returned undamaged merchandise for a full refund less shipping and handling fees. Returns without a receipt, including gift returns, will be refunded as a webstore exchange for equal selling price of the product. Please note, that to return items  to us, you must have purchased it directly from Carmel Ceramica's webstore and not elsewhere. 

If returning a damaged or defective product that was purchased directly from us, please contact Carmel Ceramica for a prepaid return label.
